I needed a tasty, healthy meal in a hurry so I went to the WildTree catalog and found Red Curry Chicken & Vegetables which is a variation on an old stir-fry recipe I used to make but haven’t made in quite a while. It just so happened that I needed to go to the grocery store for a few things so as long as I was there, I picked up the ingredients required to make this. See how it turned out.
